Neurotraining
Optimal performance under pressure, and resilience against burnout
This is our most advanced product. For neurotraining makes it possible to train skills like relaxation and focus directly in the brain. Just like training a muscle you weren’t aware you possessed.
Why neurotraining?
Research shows how several of our brain’s functions get impaired under stress. This is why people can sometimes forget important information during stressful moments, or make decisions they later regret. Fine motor skills are affected as well, which can have serious consequences for – for example – sportspeople or police officers.
Neurotraining can be used to adjust these responses in the brain, so performance can be maintained at optimal levels even in stressful situations. As these are often the moments when people need to be at their best.
Next to this, neurotraining can also be used to gain resilience against more subtle forms of stress. Which offers protection against burnout, and makes it possible for those in positions with heavy responsibilities to maintain long-lasting health.
We design customized neurotraining programs for a wide range of professions. Like for example government officials, managers, lawyers and (top) sportspeople.
Neuro-mental scan©
You won’t find two people who look exactly identical, but on the inside we differ even more from each other than in our appearance.
Our Neuro-mental scan© is a standardized testing procedure, mapping personal characteristics. This results in a highly detailed ‘user’s manual’ of one’s relevant personal traits, showing also how to put these to the best use.
The scan can also be used to acquire a detailed insight in the individual stress responses, and the effects these have on the body. This offers valuable information for those who want to gain a more advanced control thereof, or for detailed health management.
This scan has often been called a ‘mental X-ray photo’ by our clients. Because it offered them more insight into themselves as they had gained from (in some cases) years of coaching or therapy.
An extra bonus is that experiences often considered subjective or ‘vague’, become visible and measurable – and therefore manageable.
