We know it is a good thing to keep our body fit and healthy - but our mental fitness is at least as important.
To be mentally fit means more self-confidence. More perseverance. More force of conviction. More tranquility of mind.
Mental fitness determines how much we achieve in life. It has a direct effect on our career, sports performance and health.

New techniques make it possible to train our nervous system directly, enabling us to develop our mental capacities at will.
The purpose of the Mental Fitness Project is to make both the importance and possibilities of mental fitness training more widely known, and to enable individuals and organizations to apply its techniques.
