Now for the first time in the Netherlands, Cheprion Mental Training Equipment can offer you the iSense: a biofeedback training apparatus based upon the same scientific principles as used by Cheprion BV in biometrical training. The iSense is small, user friendly and can be applied by anyone without any preliminary training.

Functions:
The iSense measures your electrical skin conductance and body temperature by means of a finger sensor, and shows these ‘live’ on the screen of your personal computer or laptop. These two biosignals are directly related to your actual stress level.
The feedback provided by the iSense allows you a direct and objective insight in your personal relaxation and concentration, and gives you a unique way to gain control over your subconscious activity.

The iSense software encompasses specially designed relaxation programs and exercises assisting you in learning to relax the most efficient way. Scientific research shows that a short training period suffices to acquire the skill to relax effectively in short breaks, to prevent tiredness and to increase concentration.
